Well, recently we got a climax on the price tag of Intel’s mobile Ivy Bridge lineup and now here strike the leaked price tag for the Ivy Bridge desktop CPUs. This next-generation family of processors is based on the latest 22nm 3D Tri-Gate architecture and the leaked Intel guidelines earlier this month unveiled that the processors can be anticipated to land in the second quarter of 2012.
Quite interestingly, the wholesale price tags leaked provides a fine idea as to which next-generation processor falls in the agenda with the present-generation Sandy Bridge processor. According to the leaked image, the price tag ranges from the lower-end Core i5 models starting at $184, and for the Core i73770K it is price tagged at $332, the Core i73770k features an unlocked multiplier for overclocking.
The pricing for the fresh models fall right in the agenda with current-generation models, apart from for the Core i5-3570K that is price tagged at $225 in comparison to $216 price.
Moreover, Intel as well persists to provide energy efficient S and T models without a premium on price tag. In April 2012, most models are projected to be available, and at the same time the dual-core Core i5-3470T estimated to land in May 2012.
