Intel Corp’s Profit Rises to 59% in its Third Quarter with $11 Billion

According to the latest reports, for the first time in the company’s history, Intel’s quarterly revenue has exceeded to $11 billion. The company CEO, Paul Otellini says, “Intel’s third-quarter results set all-time records for revenue and operating income,”

Intel Corp’s third quarter profit has increased to 59%. The company says that there is a huge demand for personal computers in the present market. The company has seen good revenue and profits in the recent quarter.

The companies Chief Financial Officer, Stacy Smith says, “We see growth in the consumer segment, but what we’re predicting is growth a little less than what we normally would expect in the fourth quarter.” Smith says that that tablets sales have lightly showed the impact on the sales of netbook.
