Windows Phone 7 Release Date: Microsoft is planning to launch its latest mobile operating system, Windows Phone 7 with AT&T on Oct 11th, 2010. The company announced that it will release its Windows Phone 7 in US on Nov 8th, 2010.

The company has linked with number of handset manufacturers such as Asus, HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Toshiba and Dell. The company has mentioned the minimum specifications as the phone must have camera, GPS, compass, proximity sensor, touch screen and an accelerometer.

In UK, this Windows Phone 7 is available through three major networks such as Vodafone, T-Mobile and O2. Microsoft officially revealed Windows Phone 7 during Mobile World Congress 2010.  Windows Phone 7 was released for manufacturing on Sep 1st, 2010.
