RIM Introduced BlackBerry Tablet as PlayBook

RIM has officially announced its latest BlackBerry tablet as PlayBook. RIM has revealed its PlayBook specifications. This latest PlayBook is powered by Cortex A9 1GHz dual core processor.

BlackBerry PlayBook is having 7-inch display screen, 1GB of RAM and runs of QNX operating system. BlackBerry PlayBook is having features such as HDMI video output, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, microHDMI, microUSB, video playback, audio playback, 5 mega pixel camera and 3 mega pixel front facing camera, which supports 1080 HD video recording.

RIM has not mentioned the price details. BlackBerry PlayBook is available in US and other international markets by 2011. Let’s see how this PlayBook will compete with Samsung Galaxy Tab and Apple iPad.
