Samsung Galaxy Tab to Compete with Apple iPad

There is wide range of competition in tablet’s, with the launch of BlackBerry Playbook. The race of tablet has started with the launch of Apple iPad. The competition between Samsung Galaxy Tab and Apple iPad is the battle between Android and Apple.

Recently, Samsung has introduced its latest tablet as Samsung Galaxy Tab, which is powered by Android. This latest device is having 7-inch display. It is expected that this Samsung Galaxy Tab will give tough competition to Apple’s successful tablet, iPad.

Android tablets like Dell Streak has already entered in to market. But, Samsung Galaxy Tab is said to be the competitor for iPad.

This latest Samsung Galaxy Tab is smaller and lighter than iPad, which is having 9.7 inch screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab is having same speed as iPad. But, the RAM capacity is twice when compared to iPad. Samsung Galaxy Tab will support up to 32 GB of expandable storage, while iPad is limited to internal storage only.

Samsung Galaxy Tab is pre-loaded with 3.2 mega pixel camera and 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera for video chatting. iPad is having poor camera. Galaxy Tab is powered by popular Android 2.2 operating system and iPad is powered by Apple’s operating system. Samsung Galaxy Tab will be available in market by the month of October.
