Apple iPad: Target to Sell iPad From Next Month

Apple iPad: Last week, Target announced that it will begin selling Apple’s most popular iOS tablet, iPad from Oct 3rd, 2010. Target plans to sell Apple tablet for the best price starting at $499 for 16 GB. Target has also announced that it will sell four models of touch-screen tablet.

The store credit-card holders can get 5% discount. Currently, you can buy Apple’s iPad from two retailers, Best Buy and Apple. Now, Target will sell the iPad models like 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB versions of Wi-Fi model.

Target is the second largest US discount retailer. Talking about the news, the retail chain merchandising vice president, Mark Schindele said, “Target is very excited to offer the revolutionary iPad to our guests nationwide.”
