motorola-brute-i680-sprintSprint and Motorola has collaborated to launch a new rugged, push-to-talk phone for Nextel. Known as the Motorola Brute i680, this clamshell meets the Military Specification 810F for shock, vibration, dust, low and high temperatures, radiation, humidity, blowing rain and low pressure.

The Motorola Brute i680 comes jam packed with a 2.2-inch internal display with 176 x 220 pixels, a 1.3 inch external display with 120 x 160 pixels, GPS, Stereo Bluetooth, an MP3 player, a web browser, a 2MP camera with flash, a 180MB of internal memory, and a memory card slot. The Motorola Brute i680 is now available via Sprint’s retails stores for $119.99 with a 2-year contract and a Nextel Direct Connect calling plan.
