acer_liquid_a1The Almighty FCC has recently approved Acer’s first Android operating smartphone, the Liquid A1. The phone supports 850/1900 MHz HSDPA, which is of course compatible with AT&T’s 3G network. The Acer Liquid A1 comes jam packed with a 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 5-megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi, a 3.5mm jack and a social networking access. Sadly, the handset’s 1Ghz Snapdragon CPU has been underclocked to 768 MHz. Stay tuned for more updates.
